This Refund & Access Policy explains how Amper Digital LLC handles payments, digital course access, and asset pack downloads. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. How enrollment works
Catalog prices are starting list prices. When you submit the enrollment form, we confirm availability, payment instructions, and access details by email. Access is granted after payment clears unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Cooling-off before delivery
If you paid but have not yet received download links or course access credentials, you may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund of that unused purchase, minus any non-refundable processor fees we cannot recover (we will disclose those fees if they apply).
3. After digital delivery
Once we deliver course access or asset pack downloads, the product is considered delivered. Because digital files can be copied, refunds after delivery are limited. We may offer a partial refund or credit only if:
- Files are technically inaccessible due to our error and we cannot remediate within a reasonable time; or
- You received a substantively different product than described (wrong course title or missing advertised pack) and we cannot correct it.
4. Asset packs and “free unique packs included”
Course pages list free unique asset packs included with that course. If a listed pack is missing from your delivery, contact us within 14 days and we will supply the missing files or a fair adjustment. Resale of Amper packs voids refund eligibility for that order.
5. Bundles
Bundle pricing reflects a discount versus à-la-carte. Refunds on bundles, when granted, are calculated on the unused portion at our reasonable discretion and will not exceed what you paid.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve access or billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent revocation of access and denial of future enrollment.
7. Feedback rounds
Written feedback rounds included in a course expire if unused within 90 days of access grant unless we agree to extend. Unused feedback is not separately refundable once the course materials have been delivered.
8. How to request a refund
Email the public address on the site or use the desk form with your order details, purchase date, and reason. We typically respond within 3–5 business days.
