2. Nature of the service
We offer structured digital learning products and downloadable asset packs. Enrollment is typically confirmed by email after you submit a request. Prices shown on the site are starting list prices in United States dollars and may change. We are not a university, do not grant accredited degrees, and are not Autodesk or an Autodesk Authorized Training Center unless we publish separate verified credentials.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract. If you enroll a minor, a parent or guardian must approve and supervise use of 3ds Max and our materials.
4. Account and access
Access methods may include download links, private pages, or shared folders. You agree not to share login credentials or redistribute course videos or asset packs outside your household without written permission. We may revoke access for Terms violations, chargebacks, or abuse.
5. Software requirements
You are responsible for obtaining a lawful copy of Autodesk 3ds Max (or compatible version noted in course materials), suitable hardware, and any third-party plugins mentioned as optional. Amper does not sell Autodesk software and does not guarantee that Autodesk trial terms will remain available.
6. Asset packs and license
Unless otherwise stated, asset packs included with courses (materials, scenes, project files, settings) are licensed for your personal learning and portfolio use, and for commercial client work you create, provided you do not resell, redistribute, or publish the raw Amper source packs as standalone products. Attribution is appreciated but not required unless a specific pack says otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, course structure, teaching notes, and Amper-branded assets remain our intellectual property or that of licensors. You retain rights to your original student work. Feedback you submit may be used to improve courses without obligation to compensate you.
8. Payments
Payment methods will be confirmed during enrollment (invoice, processor link, or other agreed channel). You agree to provide accurate billing information. Taxes may apply based on your location.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Access policy. Digital downloads and opened asset packs may limit refunds once delivered.
10. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site aggressively, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, harass staff, or use materials to train competing commercial course products without permission.
11. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee employment, freelance income, specific render quality on your hardware, or that every technique will match every version of 3ds Max. Results depend on practice and your setup.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amper’s total liability for claims arising from the site or courses is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Amper against claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights via work you publish using our materials.
